(c) Ad Fraud: Falsifying ad clicks or impressions, maliciously consuming competitors' advertising budgets, or improperly inflating advertising revenue. (d) Bulk Account Creation: Using automated scripts to create fake or fraudulent accounts on a large scale. (e) Impersonation and Identity Fraud: Impersonating another person or entity for fraudulent activities. (f) Dissemination of Illegal Content: Storing, publishing, or distributing content that violates applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to child exploitation content, obscene or pornographic content, content related to violence or terrorism, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. (g) Illegal Gambling Activities: Participating in or organizing any form of illegal betting or gambling activities through the Services. (h) Unauthorized Data Collection: Collecting data from pages with restricted access mechanisms without authorization, or collecting, processing, or transmitting personal information of others without consent. (i) Phishing and Identity Theft: Any form of phishing or illegal acquisition of others' financial data or credentials. (j) Unauthorized Resale of Proxy Services: Reselling the Services without obtaining written consent from LokiProxy. (k) Other Illegal Activities: Using the Services for high-frequency trading related to cryptocurrencies or NFTs, or engaging in any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.The foregoing constitutes a summary of the key provisions of the Service Usage Policy. For the complete and detailed usage policy, please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy, which shall serve as the final standard for all usage matters. LokiProxy reserves the right to take appropriate measures against any violation.
3.Monitoring and Suspension
We reserve the right to monitor your use of our systems for billing purposes and to verify improper usage or network abuse. Where necessary, we may provide relevant information about you to authorities as required by law or court order.
We may suspend your access to our systems immediately if we determine that:
(a) Your use poses a security risk or may adversely impact the System or other customers (b) You are in breach of this Agreement or delinquent on payments (c) You fail to provide accurate information or comply with our KYC requestsIf we believe that any of your actions may legally harm lokiproxy.com or our business interests, at our sole decision or discretion.
4.Member Privacy
It is LokiProxy policy to respect the privacy of its members. LokiProxy will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless LokiProxy has reason to believe that such action is necessary to:
(a) Conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process. (b) Protect and defend the rights or property of lokiproxy. (c) Enforce the Agreement. (d) To protect the interests of its other Users.5.Fees and Payment
To access the system, you must subscribe to our paid plan. By using the service, you agree to pay the associated fees, including the package fee and any overage charges.
LokiProxy reserves the right to modify the pricing structure in the future. LokiProxy will notify you of any fees associated with any portion of the Service, and will require you to subscribe to any such portion of the Service prior to charging you any fees.
By purchasing, the user authorizes LokiProxy or its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method used for the transaction. Please note that purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor. Where applicable, you must agree to the terms and conditions of our third-party payment processor for payment processing. All information provided by you during the purchase or transaction must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If the purchased proxies do not appear, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
6.Refunds
Given the intangible and irrevocable nature of LokiProxy's services, all proxy products are delivered in strict compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) specifications. No refunds shall be issued upon order completion or proxy utilization. Every described utility-case on LokiProxy works at top performance. Yet even then we encourage our customers to ensure that our proxies are compatible with their specific requirements. LokiProxy team will answer all of your questions, deliver precise and reliable information in order to support your agency or personal use-case, we value our customer-relationships the most. Satisfaction guaranteed.
We are certain of our product since each and every proxy is tested multiple times before being delivered to the customer. If you are having technical difficulties please contact our support department for quick resolution via email: support@lokiproxy.com before claiming a refund as we will be happy to solve any problems.
7.Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the website and its content remain our sole property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
8.Third-Party Applications
Your use of any third-party applications accessed through our Services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages or losses related to such applications.
9.Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.Termination
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke your access to the System for any breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
